Outside, you will find two loungers, a cosy lounge area with dining table, and a small bistro table with two chairs, each offering wonderful views of the Ossiacher Tauern and Lake Ossiach.
A private parking space with carport is available. Pets are allowed upon request. Events are not permitted. Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am and midday rest from 12 pm to 2 pm. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, and waste separation is required.
Lake Ossiach, train station and bus stop are about 1 km away. Bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets are also about 1 km away, ski lifts about 7 km. In summer, you can enjoy swimming, hiking, cycling, SUP, boat tours, water skiing, paragliding and golf. In winter, there is skiing, snowboarding, tobogganing, ice skating and Christmas markets. The hosts live on site, but not in the holiday home.
