Numerous swimming opportunities in natural bodies of water are available in the immediate vicinity. In spring, summer, and autumn, the picturesque Allgäu Alpine foothills invite you to enjoy excursions, hikes, and cycling. The Alps are just a stone's throw away. Numerous tourist attractions are located in the immediate vicinity. In winter, you can enjoy cross-country skiing (the nearest trails are 15 minutes away), snowshoeing directly from the house, or go downhill skiing in the Alps in less than an hour. Built in 2000, the house offers 171m² of living space and has been renovated, newly furnished, and fully equipped for rental, including fast Wi-Fi. The garden, which is exclusively for your use, has been restored with great care and effort. On the ground floor, an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area with a custom-designed wood-burning stove invites you to enjoy convivial evenings and offers direct access to the conservatory and the large garden with two terraces. One of the bedrooms, furnished with a queen-size bed, is also located on this floor, along with a cloakroom and a small bathroom with a shower and toilet. Adjacent to the dining area is the spacious wooden terrace and the verdant garden. Here you can relax, enjoy the fresh air, and leave the everyday world behind. Upstairs, you'll find the very large master bedroom with a king-size bed and a chaise longue that converts into a single bed, offering a view of the venerable apple tree in our garden. A second bedroom on this level provides two single beds. In the third room, which opens onto the hallway and staircase, you will find a sofa bed (sleeps two), allowing us to accommodate groups of up to nine people. This area is intended as a retreat for relaxation. A separate toilet and a large bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in shower complete the accommodations on the upper floor. In the basement, we provide a utility room with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, and vacuum cleaner. Fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The small apartment in the basement is our main business in Germany and is therefore often unoccupied. You can use the entire house, including the garden. Only the apartment in the basement is excluded as it is our main business in Germany.
