Our lovingly furnished holiday home is located in the large community of Schwalbach in the Saarlouis district. Here the Haus Zentral is located in the Elm district. This can be reached via the A8, junction Elm, within five minutes.

The larger community of Schwalbach is centrally located in the SaarLorLux region. The state capital of Saarbrücken, the fortress city of Saarlouis with its attractive old town, the world cultural heritage Völklinger Hütte and the border with France are all within 25 km. The cities of Trier, Luxembourg, Metz, Nancy, Strasbourg and Kaiserslautern as well as the Moselle region can be reached within a further driving distance of approximately one hour.

All the vital shops (baker, butcher, bistro, bank, restaurant, stationery store, car repair shop) can be reached in a few minutes on foot. A supermarket can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.

The lovingly furnished rooms are spread over three levels. On the ground floor there is a nicely furnished bedroom with double bed and TV, as well as a walk-in shower room with toilet.

On the first floor is the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. A bedroom with two single beds and a shower room with toilet.

A spiral staircase leads to the attic, which has been completely converted into a living room. It has a large flat screen TV and a box spring couch that can be used as an additional bed for two people.

Of course, bed linen, towels, a washing machine, a dryer and a parking space are available in the holiday home. In an associated garage there is the possibility to store bicycles, a trailer etc.
