Also, this year, new solar panels have been added that reinforce the charge of the already existing ones. Three complete new and just installed electric storage batteries. - The house is equipped with a fireplace which, when loaded at full capacity and lit with a strong flame, holds up perfectly, even with the stove still running. There is also an additional stove; the flue has been completely replaced with a new one. - 70 m2 divided over 2 pianos - with land (440 m2) in a beautiful area. - On the ground floor, an open space divided into living room and kitchen with gas stove, fireplace and wood stove, bathroom, toilet with shower. Upstairs (roof redone, isolated) a large night room. - The house has been renovated and repainted from top to bottom. The ceiling of the kitchen was pure repainted in a light colour. We also added the furniture from the old ones, plus chairs. -

In general, from November 6th to April 1st the cableway is blocked, therefore the ascent and descent can only be possible at the beginning and at the end of the stay; there is no way to get food supplies; in winter, if there is more than fifteen centimeters of snow, the opening of the water cannot be guaranteed; the rustic is SPARTAN, like an ancient Ticino rustic, and you live as you lived in the mountains. For this reason we cannot guarantee the holiday in this period and the costs are high because the management of the matter is expensive and labor intensive.

Outside: part of the garden is fenced, stone table, other buildings for about 15 m2 (woodshed, "workshop" with power generator, sheds for garden tools) and a 2 m2 cheese and salami cellar.
