The semi-detached house with a fenced garden (fence height 1.20 m) is located in the quaint little village of Wandelwitz, only 3 km to the beach. The brick building has been completely renovated and offers the convenience of a bathtub, a new TV, a lockable storage room for bicycles, motorbikes, etc as well as car parking spaces, a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and an extra built-in toilet door to chat with the nice villagers. Non smoking house (including storage room). Dogs very welcome!
The 90 square meter house from 1900 stands on a 750 square meter plot. Downstairs is the bathroom and the eat-in kitchen with a second entrance door. A couch can be pulled out to a double bed. A wooden staircase leads to the two bedrooms on the first floor.
The first bedroom has a double bed and the second two single beds (140 cm and 90 cm wide).
All rooms are bright and except for the hallway and the bathroom with natural plank flooring.
Towels and bed linen are included.

The natural beach with cliffs offers extensive hikes - even with a dog. Fishing is very popular here. Free parking spaces are located directly on the beach.
Shops, restaurants etc. are located in Oldenburg and Heiligenhafen. Every Friday between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m the bakery car comes to the front door. In the neighboring town of Altgalendorf there are two farm shops; Eggs, jam, honey, some fresh vegetables and fruit can be bought here.
