Vor dem Haus ist ein Parkplatz für Auto und Motorrad. Anreise mit dem Auto, Motohrrad oder Fahrrad ist zum entpfehlen da wir leider keine öffentliche Verkersmittel in der Nähe haben. Autobahn Auf-Abfahrt und Einkaufscenter in der Nähe.
Hier in der Natur, können sie sich richtig erholen, die Östrrreichischen Berge und auch über die Grenze in die Schweiz, können sie von hier aus geniessen. Geeignet auch für Famielien. Sie sind in ein paar Minuten in der Stadt Feldkirch.
Ausflüge können von hier aus in alle richtungen gemacht werden. Laternsertal, Montafon, Bregenzerwald, Lech und vieles mehr (tolle Turen mit dem Fahrrad und Motrrad). Im Sommer sind hier viele Aktivitäten, wie Radfahren, Wandern, Baden, Gofplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Im Winter können sie viele Skigebiete von hier aus anfahren.
Grenze zur Schweiz und Lichtenstein in 10 Minuten erreichbar.
