From this room, there is direct access to the terrace, which follows the perimeter of the apartment, on which to enjoy the Ticino sun and the magnificent view, seated on armchairs. The kitchen is separate, modern and complete with appliances and the necessary accessories for preparing lunches and dinners; there is also a table for 4 people here.
There are two double bedrooms, spacious and furnished with closets to store all your apparel. There is one service bathroom and one complete bathroom with shower.
