Our house is located at the foot of the Demerkogel on the Sausal Wine Route, is already 170 years old and has been lovingly renovated in recent years. The house consists of a living/dining room and a kitchen on the ground floor, as well as two bedrooms with its own bathroom in the attic. The second bedroom with its own bathroom has its own access and is separate to the rest of the living area. In the entrance area there is a small breakfast terrace and a large sun terrace with a wine arbor on the west side below the house. Here is also the pool (7,20x3.75m; 1.10m deep), which invites you to refreshment. A sauna for the cold season rounds off the offer. Attention: the house and property are not barrier -free and not child -friendly!
