Thus, when you visit our accommodation, you contribute to a climate-neutral energy balance during your stay in the Hanseatic city of Hamburg. you also make an important contribution to the sustainable use of resources.
The accommodation we offer with a very special living ambience is a town house originally conceived as a model house, accompanied by an interior designer during the construction period, which serves as our home and therefore not a lovelessly prepared holiday home in Hamburg, which appears dozen times on different booking portals Tobe offered. The house was furnished according to our personal ideas and created or equipped with the highest quality materials. These include the use of large-format concrete-look tiles throughout the house, a handleless BAUFORMAT built-in kitchen with matt lacquered fronts and sink from Villeroy & Boch as well as Hansgrohe fittings, an illuminated TV wall with 55-inch TV incl. In addition to booking individual bedrooms (other booking offer), our entire house is available for your stay in Hamburg for a few weeks a year due to work-related absence and offers max. 4 guests on approx. 120 m² of living space sufficient sleeping facilities in three independently separated bedrooms without sloping wall / roof areas and generous possibilities to stay in the living / dining area as well as the separate kitchen with dining area.
In addition to the brightness of all the rooms, the comfortable underfloor heating, the triple-glazed windows and an optimal division of the house over three floors with a terrace on the ground floor and a roof terrace connected to the master bedroom on the staggered floor contribute to your pleasant stay.
An automatically controlled ventilation system with heat recovery also contributes to increased living comfort, which enables restful sleep even when the windows are closed; of course, these can still be opened individually if required!
In addition to a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine and dryer, there are of course sufficient (bed) blankets, various pillows, bed linen and towels available.
The spacious master bedroom on the top floor has a wonderful box-spring bed for a pleasant and relaxing sleep and invites you to linger with the attached roof terrace - be it to read a good book or take a nap on the daybed there.
The two other bedrooms with large window areas on the upper floor are each equipped with a desk, a highboard, an organization system for various items of clothing as well as a single bed, which also serves as an extremely practical seat during the day as a daybed.
The stylish, in the 1st Full bath located on the upper floor between two bedrooms offers a comfortable bathtub and a practical shower and pampers you with a "wellness ambience". In addition, there is another guest toilet with hand basin on the ground floor.
The equipment of the house leaves nothing to be desired: in addition to an espresso machine, an electric milk frother and kettle & toaster ensure your so important, good start to the day.
In the combined living / dining room, the cleverly integrated dining area with a large solid wood table and a large bench made of solid wood with upholstery can accommodate up to 4 people for a cozy meal or social get-together while two extremely comfortable daybeds offer the opportunity to relax or watch TV (SAT) , This offer is rounded off with free internet access via WLAN throughout the house.
