Decelerate at the pool and in the sauna or accelerate at the Präbichl while skiing or in Spielberg on the Formula I track. It is slower on mountain bikes or on foot. The mushroom spots are only passed on under "confidentiality oath". Hiking or climbing - you decide - the mountains are there and there is also a snack on the Reichenstein. Our coffee machine needs coffee beans and no "capsules" ;-) The church has not been active for decades, maybe there are 2 weddings a year.
The house stands alone, is fenced and is located on a side street with little traffic.
The ski area Präbichl is approx. 3 km away. Cross-country trails, toboggan run and ice rink are nearby.
The approximately 200 m² accommodation is very comfortably furnished and spreads a wonderful, cozy atmosphere that invites you to enjoy. During the renovation of the house, the landlord placed great value on not losing the charm of the old house and thus combining the old, rustic ambience with new, modern accents.
On the ground floor there is the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven with oven, fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee machine and milk frother) with dining area and access to the terrace.
The living room with satellite flat screen TV, DVD player and record player has a pull-out sofa set. Some board games can be found in the rustic wall with the landlord's trophies.
A separate toilet, a room with washing machine and dryer and a bathroom with bathtub, shower and vanity with hairdryer are on the ground floor.
In the 1st Floor there are 3 bedrooms a bathroom with toilet and shower.
Bedroom "Dawn" with double bed (180 cm), bedroom "Wildererkammerl" with double bed (160 cm) and pull-out sofa, bedroom "Single-Sing-Sing" with single bed and pull-out sofa.
A steep wooden staircase leads to the "Himmelstürmer" bedroom with a solid wood double bed from the "Morgenröte" bedroom.
The "playroom" with billiards, table football and dart board as well as the shoe dryer and cloakroom is located on the ground floor in a long flat building.
Following the "playroom" you get into the "wellness" area with toilet, a bathroom with shower and washstand, a kitchen and the combined area with double bed and sauna.
The winter garden with coffee table and view of the pool is in front of this area.
The entire house can be heated with central heating. WLAN reception is available in all rooms and on the terrace.
The garden with the pool is very large. The pool is only for you.
On the terrace you will find garden furniture and a grill.
There are enough parking spaces and also 3 garages
