The holiday home has a great indoor climate, cool in summer & cosy warm in winter & offers space for max. 5 people. There are 2 open-plan bedrooms on the upper floor. In the open-plan living area downstairs there is a cosy corner couch, satellite TV & WiFi. Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob and dining table. The wood-burning stove gives a cosy feeling. The bathroom is equipped with shower, wooden floorboards and WC. A breakfast terrace by the kitchen (with outdoor kitchen) and a large sun terrace by the living room give you a real holiday feeling. The property is 200 metres from the crystal-clear Lübbesee, where you can use a boat/bathing jetty. Lübbesee is one of the cleanest lakes in the country, about 15km long with a pleasant sandy bottom, the shore slopes gently, you can walk in well. The Ahrensdorf district is one of the most popular residential areas in Templin. Whether swimming sailing fishing (DAV) snorkelling diving surfing rowing SuP mushroom hunting (porcini mushrooms chanterelles chestnuts...) cycling hiking or ice skating the possibilities on site are manifold.in 1h you are in Berlin, Szczecin or at the Müritz. In Templin you can enjoy the beautiful old town with city wall / city gates, no shops, restaurants, cafés, natural thermal baths, Western town, "Eldorado", a well-developed cycle path network. The Niederfinow boat lift, Finowfurt Aviation Museum (sightseeing flights possible), Werbelinsee, Karinhall, Schorfteide Wildlife Park, Chorin Monastery and Boitzenburg Watermill & Castle (Renaissance) are within 15-30 minutes to reach destinations in the surrounding area. 1300 square metres of secluded, quiet property is located in the Schorfheide Biosphere Reserve. 4-5 people can be accommodated. On the 1400 m² fenced property, the holiday home is secluded in the middle of the forest. The Lübbesee is one of the clearest lakes in the country. The jetty and the property are for the exclusive use of guests. There is a large sun terrace in front of the house and a breakfast terrace on the opposite side. The car can be parked on the property.
The thatched house offers a great cool indoor climate in summer and is cosy and warm in winter thanks to the wood-burning stove.
The property is located in the Schorfheide / Uckermärkische Seenlandschaft biosphere reserve. The Uckermark is located 1 hour north of Berlin. Templin, known as the pearl of the Uckermark, is a romantic little town in an island location surrounded by four lakes. The federal waterway leads from Templin on one side to the Baltic Sea and on the other to the North Sea. A well-developed network of cycle paths and hiking trails is well worth exploring. Templin is home to the western town of Eldorado, the Naturtherme Templin, an open-air go-kart track, and the Niederfinow boat lift can be reached in 30 minutes. 1.5 hours takes you to the Baltic Sea, Szczecin or Berlin. The Müritz can be reached in 45 minutes.
