If required, the basement (+ 45 sqm) with 2 sleeping possibilities can be rented (by arrangement with the landlord for 10, - € / night bookable). This is accessible via a spiral staircase from the entrance hall. Additional sleeping facilities are in the living room on two double sofa beds. This allergy-friendly apartment with plank floor, wall heating, clay plaster and natural paints can be rented all year round.
