Unsere gepflegten Fußgängerzonen, den attraktiven Kurpark, sowie das "Kurmittelhaus der Moderne" erreichen Sie innerhalb von wenigen Gehminuten, die Rupertustherme in ca. 8 Minuten zu Fuß oder auch bequem mit dem kostenlosen Citybus. Unsere vier Ferienwohnungen sind behaglich und komfortabel ausgestattet (große Balkone, Kabel-TV, Telefon, W-Lan, Fön, alle 2-Zimmer-Wohnungen verfügen über eine Spülmaschine). Aus Rücksicht auf die nachfolgenden Gäste ist das Rauchen in den Wohnungen nicht erlaubt. Gegen das Rauchen auf den überdachten Balkonen ist selbstverständlich nichts einzuwenden. Lage: Hochparterre (5 Stufen). Das Rauchen am Balkon ist erlaubt. Diese Wohnung wurde im Winter 2011 neu renoviert.
