The difference to the normal apartment is called Serviced Apartment. You enjoy the comfort of home and the service of a hotel. Our 4 new non-smoking apartments - built in wooden construction on 2 floors - are well suited for tourists, business travelers or allergy sufferers. All apartments have a balcony to the east with views of the countryside and the mountains, as well as satellite TV, radio, safe, door opener with intercom and telephone to the reception and private entrance. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, the bathroom and the living room with desk and broadband internet connection. In the open upper floor is a double bed and separated by a chest of drawers, a fixed third bed, and an expansive couch with table. In total, the apartment sleeps 3 - 4 adults in our launderette you have a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron available. (for a fee). Dogs are not allowed in the apartments. Due to the wooden floor, they are also ideally suited for allergy sufferers. Daily housekeeping is not included.

The Tauern Bike Path is only 200 meters away. In large Salzburg ski resorts you need only half an hour by car. The hotel's garden with Kneipp facility and small stream is a place of rest and relaxation. Fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel and is free. Likewise, all our tap water is revitalized with Grander technology. In our Laundromat are for longer stays washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron available.
