Our 4 new non-smoking apartments - built in wood on 2 floors - are well suited for vacationers, business travelers or allergy sufferers. All apartments have a balcony to the east with a view of the great outdoors and the mountains, as well as satellite TV, radio, safe, door opener with intercom and telephone to the reception and private entrance. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, the bathroom and the living room with a desk and broadband internet connection. In the open upper floor there is a double bed and separated by a chest of drawers, a fixed third bed and an extendable couch with table. In total, the apartment offers sleeping facilities for 3 to 4 adults. (for a fee). Dogs are not allowed in the apartments. The wooden floor makes them ideal for allergy sufferers. Daily housekeeping is not included.
Our romantic hotel and the new serviced apartments are located between Salzburg (10 km) and Hallein (3 km) in the middle of the countryside in a beautiful landscape. Your day begins with a good breakfast from the buffet and ends with Austrian delicacies in our restaurant or garden. Salzburg Card, tickets for concerts and the Sound of Music Tour are available at the hotel. The bus stop is in front of the house. Take the bus comfortably and safely in 20 minutes to Salzburg's old town for shopping and sightseeing. Just leave the car in our free parking lot. Thanks to its central location, you can also quickly reach your business appointment, the exhibition center and all sights in the area (Hallein Salt Mine, summer toboggan run, Celtic Museum, Kehlsteinhaus, Hellbrunn Palace and fountains, Eisriesenwelt). The Tauern Cycle Path is only 200 meters away. In large Salzburg ski areas you only need half an hour by car. The hotel's garden with Kneipp facility and small stream is a place of rest and relaxation. Fast WiFi is available throughout the hotel and is free of charge. Our entire tap water is also revitalized with Grander technology. In our laundromat, washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron are available for longer stays.

Tuesdays are rest days. In all apartments, the entire laundry and final cleaning is included in the price. Additional linen change and cleaning on request. Dogs are allowed in the hotel rooms and cost EUR 14 per day without food. Extremely heavy soiling will also be charged. Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. Cancellations that are late, no-show or early departure will be charged at the full price.
